I had the best interview experience.
It wasn’t for a big tech company…
It was my daughter’s Career Day. I spoke to several grades and told the students about the different careers that I had had since I graduated College. The students asked questions similar to an interviewer. Why did you choose that path? What got you interested in ABC? Why? How come? What’s that? Why?
Who would have thought that ELI5(Explain Like I’m 5), is the best interview prep?
I was able to find out more about myself and how to prepare for interviews. It was a great opportunity to explain my career choices and pivots. I really wish I recorded my presentations.
